5 herbal tea bags (e.g. Alpine herbs)
2litres water, boiling
3tbsp cane sugar
2sticks peppermint

Iced tea

1 lemon, use only the juice
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done


Pour the water over the tea bags, add the sugar and mint, allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.

Iced tea

Add the lemon juice, cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.

Good to know
Tip: Serve the iced tea with fresh mint and ice cubes.
