2tsp ground cardamom
4dl strong coffee


2dl milk
2tbsp liquid honey
½tsp vanilla paste

To serve

ice cube

4 glasses (each approx. 200 ml)

How it's done


Place the cardamom in a measuring jug, pour in the hot coffee, leave to soak for approx. 30 mins.


Gently heat the milk with the honey and vanilla in a small pan, stirring constantly. As soon as the honey dissolves, remove the pan from the heat.

To serve

Pour the coffee and milk into the glasses.
