6dl water
3dl almond drink
1 cinnamon stick
4 cardamom pods, crushed
½tsp peppercorns, crushed
20g ginger, thinly sliced
3bags Rooibos tea, natural
1tbsp honey
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Bring the water, almond milk and spices to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags, leave to steep for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, stir in the honey. Pour the tea through a sieve into glasses or cups.

Note: This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
