Frankfurters in puff pastry

1 puff pastry (e.g. butter puff pastry, approx. 320 g)
4 tbsp curry sauce (e.g. mango curry sauce)
8 frankfurter sausages

Frankfurters in puff pastry

Cut the pastry lengthwise into 8 strips. Spread the sauce over the pastry strips, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all round.

Wrap each frankfurter in a strip of pastry, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, serve warm.

Good to know
Tip: Serve with the mango curry sauce.
