200 g spaghettini, halved
30 g dried porcini mushrooms
4 dl milk
2 dl water
1 tsp salt
40 g grated Parmesan
a little pepper

Put the spaghettini, mushrooms, milk and water into a wide pan, season with salt and stir. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Stir in the parmesan, season.

Good to know
Tip: Garnish with thyme leaves before serving.
