Filling

50g caramel sweets (e.g. Toffifee), finely chopped
50g sugar-roasted almonds, finely chopped
50g butter, very soft

Rolls

1 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 260 g)
10g butter, melted

How it's done

Filling

Mix together the caramel sweets, nuts and butter.

Rolls

Unroll the pizza dough and spread the filling over the top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm. Roll up the dough and, without exerting pressure, cut it into 8 pieces using a bread knife. Lay out the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with butter.

Bake

For approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 180°C.
