Pizza

1 pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 38 cm)

Raclette pizza

200 g tomato sauce
300 g smoked mozzarella, coarsely grated
80 g black olives, halved

Pizza

Cut the pizza dough into 15 pieces. Cook in batches on the raclette grill for approx. 2 mins. on each side.

Raclette pizza

Place the pieces of dough in the raclette pans, spread the tomato sauce on top, then top with the cheese and olives. Finish cooking under the raclette grill for approx. 5 mins.
