1tbsp olive oil
200g waxy potatoes, cut into cubes
200g savoy cabbage, cut into thin slices
8dl water
1tsp salt
a little pepper
1tin white beans (approx. 240 g), rinsed and drained
30g Sbrinz, peeled into long, thin strips using a peeler
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the potatoes for approx. 3 mins. Add the savoy cabbage, pour in the water, season. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Add the beans and simmer for approx. 3 mins. Sprinkle the Sbrinz on top of the soup.
