6dl orange juice
2tbsp cane sugar
3cm ginger, cut into sticks
1 cinnamon stick
1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into pieces
1 organic orange, cut into pieces
2tbsp cane sugar
4sprigs peppermint
1dl brown rum

For 4 glasses approx. 250 ml each

How it's done

Bring the orange juice, sugar, ginger and cinnamon to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and allow to infuse for approx. 5 mins. Divide the lime, orange and sugar into the glasses and lightly crush with a fork. Add the peppermint. Pour in the rum and hot orange juice and serve at once.

Tip: Also delicious with mandarin juice.
