1tsp sea salt
a little pepper
1bunch radish
1bunch chervil, torn
1bunch flat-leaf parsley, torn
1bunch dill, torn
1bunch chives, roughly chopped
50g cress
30g radish sprouts
90g leaf salad

How it's done

In a bowl, mix the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the radish and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
