Strawberry cream

180g plain yoghurt
120g 1/2-fat quark
2tbsp icing sugar
150g strawberries, diced

Trifle

100g chocolate biscuits (e. g. Gran Cereale)
100g strawberries, cut into slices
Purchase ingredients now

Utensils

4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

How it's done

Strawberry cream

Combine the yoghurt, quark and sugar, mix in the strawberries.

Trifle

Fill the glasses with alternate layers of biscuit and strawberry crème. Garnish with the sliced strawberry.
