Strawberry cream

180 g plain yoghurt
120 g 1/2-fat quark
2 tbsp icing sugar
150 g strawberries, cut into cubes

Trifle

100 g chocolate biscuits (e.g. Gran Cereale), crumbled
100 g strawberries, in slices

Combine the yoghurt, quark and sugar, mix in the strawberries.

Trifle

Fill the glasses with alternate layers of biscuit and strawberry crème. Garnish with the sliced strawberry.
