2tbsp soy sauce
½tsp sesame oil
1tbsp liquid acacia honey
1tbsp sesame seeds (mixed)
1 red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings
400g yellowfin tuna (sushi quality), diced
2 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings

How it's done

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli, add the fish and spring onions, mix well.
