Betty Bossi Koch-Center

3 ½ dl full cream
100 g chocolate spread (e.g. Nutella)
250 g Betty Bossi Soft-Waffeln
2 bananas, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick
½ bag Betty Bossi Kuchenglasur dunkel (approx. 60 g), melted
some Betty Bossi Schokolinsen
some Betty Bossi Zucker-Nonpareilles

How it's done

Whip cream until almost stiff, fold in Nutella.

Place two waffles on a plate. Spread 1/4 of the mousse and banana slices on top, repeat the process until all of the waffles have been used. Top with the remaining mousse and banana slices, refrigerate for at least 1 hr.

Pour the icing over the waffle gateau and decorate with Smarties and sprinkles.

Tip: Also looks impressive when made with Betty Bossi heart-shaped waffles!
