To prepare
Moisten the rim of the glass with the slice of grapefruit. Pour the salt onto a small plate, dip the rim of the glass in the salt.
Cocktail
Place several ice cubes in the prepared glass. Add the tequila and all the other ingredients up to and including the Tabasco. Top up the cocktail with Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with the slice of grapefruit.
| Note: | The ingredients can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp. |
