Wild garlic dip

1 bunch wild garlic (approx. 20 g), roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1 pinch salt
125 g plain organic cream cheese

Radishes

1 bunch radish, cut into slices approx. 4 mm thick
1 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp vinegar
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp pine nuts, roasted

Wild garlic dip

Place the wild garlic, oil and water in a measuring cup, puree, season with salt. Set aside 1 tbsp of the mixture. Add the cream cheese to the remainder of the wild garlic, mix well, spread on a platter.

Radishes

In a bowl, mix the radishes with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, spread on top of the dip. Drizzle with the reserved wild garlic oil, sprinkle with the pine nuts.

Serve with: Crackers or toast
