To prepare
Distribute the bananas in the loaf tin and freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
Blueberries
Place the berries and all the ingredients up to and including the vanilla with the deep-frozen bananas in a blender, puree into a creamy mixture, and serve in chilled bowls.
Bowl
Garnish the bowl with all the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
| Note: | The deep-frozen blueberries provide the intense colour. Instead of deep-frozen blueberries, use fresh ones and freeze them together with the bananas. |
