1 glass, approx. 200 ml
How it's done
Cocktail
Mix the pistachio spread and vodka in a cup. Add ice cubes, stir for approx. 30 secs. until cold. Place the chocolate sauce in a glass. Pour the pistachio spread through a fine sieve. Pour the espresso and Kahlúa liqueur into the shaker with plenty of ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the espresso through a fine sieve into a measuring cup, then carefully pour it into the glass on top of the two layers.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with cornflakes.
| Note: | The cocktails can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp. |
