1 glass, approx. 200 ml
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour the water into a small pan, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the coffee beans and vanilla pod, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins. Pour the Campari and Martini into the glass, add the hot water through a sieve, stir briefly.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with a cinnamon stick, orange zest and the vanilla pod.
| Note: | The cocktail can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp. |
