Cocktail

80 g charentais melons, cut into small pieces
½ organic lime, cut into pieces
1 cl sugar syrup
6 cl Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Vodka
crushed ice

To serve

1 segment charentais melon

Cocktail

Place the melon, lime and sugar syrup in a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon, transfer to the shaker. Add the vodka and crushed ice, shake the cocktail well for approx. 10 secs., pour into the glass with the crushed ice. Top up the glass with crushed ice.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with melon.

Note: The cocktails can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp.
Note: Sugar syrup is made using one part sugar and one part water. Bring 50 g sugar and 50 ml water to the boil, reduce to a syrup, leave to cool.
