Cocktail

1 ½ dl pomegranate juice (e.g. Rauch)
4 cl vodka
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp icing sugar
2 pinch allspice
1 fresh egg white
some ice cubes

To serve

some ice cubes
2 pinch allspice

Utensils

1 glass, approx. 250 ml

How it's done

Cocktail

Add the pomegranate juice and all the other ingredients up to and including the egg white to the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs.

To serve

Fill half of the glass with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass, decorate with the allspice.

Good to know
Tip: Decorate the cocktail with a few pomegranate seeds.
Note: The cocktail can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp.
