Tray bake

250 g Camembert
300 g figs, quartered
260 g naan breads, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt

Serve

1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
3 sprig thyme

How it's done

Tray bake

Place the cheese, figs and bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the flatbread with oil, season with salt.

Bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C.

Serve

Drizzle the balsamic over the figs. Garnish with the thyme.
