Cocktail

3 cl Martini Bianco
2 cl amaretto
½ dl espresso
some ice cubes

To serve

¼ organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler
3 coffee beans

1 glass, approx. 1½ dl

Cocktail

Pour the Martini, Amaretto and espresso into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with orange peel and coffee beans.

Note: The cocktail can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp.
