Planted Pulled Pork

½ tbsp olive oil
180 g Planted Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce
3 tbsp water

Tacos

100 g vegan crème fraîche substitute (e.g. Beleaf)
4 taco shells
1 onion, cut into thin rings
½ bunch coriander, leaves torn off

Planted Pulled Pork

Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the Planted Pulled Pork for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the water, stir fry for a further 2 mins.

Tacos

Spread the crème fraîche inside the tacos, top with the Planted Pulled Pork, onion and coriander.

Good to know
Tip: Use red onion instead of white onion.
Serve with: Lime wedges.
