Mule

some ice cubes
2 cl vodka
6 cl grapefruit juice
1 dl ginger beer

To serve

1 grapefruit
1 sprig rosemary

Mule

Fill the glass almost completely with ice cubes. Add the vodka and grapefruit juice, pour in the ginger beer.

To serve

Rinse the grapefruit in hot water, pat dry, peel a little of the skin with a peeler and use to decorate the Mule along with the rosemary.

Note: The cocktail can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp.
