Cocktail

some ice cubes
5 cl gin (e.g. Bombay Bramble)
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb)

To serve

1 tbsp frozen berry mixture
1 sprig basil

Cocktail

Add the ice cubes to the glass and pour in the gin and tonic.

To serve

Garnish the cocktail with berries and basil.

Good to know
Note: The cocktails can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp.
Tip: For attractive ice cubes or ice balls, add a few frozen berries to the water before freezing. To make the cocktail sweeter, add a little raspberry syrup.
