1 litre cloudy apple juice
1 organic lemon, zest peeled with a peeler, use all of the juice
1 ½ tbsp liquid honey
2 bags Chai Tea

How it's done

In a pan, mix the apple juice, lemon zest, lemon juice and honey, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, add the tea bags, leave to infuse for approx. 15 mins. Remove the teabags. Serve warm.

Good to know
Tip: Instead of chai tea, use 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom pods and 1 star anise.
