Glass

1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest
½ tbsp sea salt

Cocktail

some ice cubes
4 cl tequila
6 cl pomegranate juice
2 cl lime juice
2 cl agave syrup
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 sprig rosemary

Glass

Mix the lime zest and salt in a shallow dish. Cut the lime into wedges. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass, dip in the salt.

Cocktail

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice and agave syrup, mix well. Decorate the cocktail with pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
