Salad

300 g mirabelle plums, halved, pitted
3 apricots, cut into wedges
2 plums, cut into wedges
2 flat peaches, quartered
2 nectarines, in bite-sized pieces
2 organic limes, grated zest and the juice

To serve

100 g raspberries

In a large bowl, mix the mirabelles with all the other ingredients up to and including the lime juice.

To serve

Mix in the raspberries and serve.
