2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp Sriracha-Sauce
6 chicken wings (approx. 300 g)

How it's done

Mix together the soy sauce, honey and Sriracha sauce in a bowl. Set aside half of the marinade, mix the remainder of the marinade with the chicken wings

Charcoal/gas/electric grill

Grill the chicken over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 25 mins., turning once or twice. Serve with the remainder of the marinade.

Good to know
Serve with: Grilled spring onions, rice
Note: Instead of grilling the chicken wings, they can be cooked in an oven preheated to 220°C for 25 mins. Turn the chicken wings halfway through the cooking time.
