Apple tea

50 g dried apple rings
1 apple, cut into slices
1 bag Earl Grey-tea
1 litre water, boiling
2 tbsp apple jelly

Iced tea

4 dl apple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cm ginger, sliced
some ice cubes

Apple tea

Place the apple rings, apple slices and tea bags in a jug. Add the water, stir in the jelly. Cover and leave to infuse for approx. 5 mins., remove the tea bags, leave the tea to cool.

Iced tea

Stir in the apple juice and lemon juice. Serve the tea with the sliced ginger, apple slices and ice cubes.
