Limes

4 tsp ground cane sugar
1 organic lime, the whole juice
3 organic limes, cut into pieces

Caipirinha

1 ¼ dl white rum (e.g. achaca or Bacardi)
4 dl water, boiling
4 cinnamon sticks

Limes

Divide the sugar, lime juice and pieces of lime between the glasses, crush with a pestle or wooden spoon until the sugar has dissolved.

Caipirinha

Pour in the rum, top up with water, thoroughly mix each drink with a cinnamon stick, serve.
