Cucumber juice

1 cucumber, cut into pieces
2 ½ dl water
1 dl lemon juice
60 g liquid blossom honey
1 tbsp ginger, finely grated
4 sprigs peppermint, leaves torn off


1 litre sparkling mineral water
some ice cubes

Cucumber juice

Place the cucumber, water, lemon juice, honey, ginger and mint leaves in a blending cup, puree, pass through a sieve.


Mix the cucumber juice with the mineral water, pour into glasses and add ice cubes.

Good to know
Tip: Garnish the lemonade with mint and slices of cucumber and lemon.
