2 pink grapefruit, cut in half
2tbsp cane sugar
300g plain greek yoghurt
50g Granola

How it's done

Grapefruit

Sprinkle the cut surface of the grapefruit with sugar, caramelize with a blowtorch. Top with yoghurt and granola.
