Cocktail

16 ice cubes
2tbsp ginger syrup
6sprigs basil, 2 sprigs set aside, the rest torn
½ lemon, thinly sliced
8dl water (e.g. lemon flavoured water)
Purchase ingredients now

Utensils

4 glasses, each approx. 300 ml

How it's done

Cocktail

Divide the syrup, basil and lemon slices between the glasses, crush gently with a wooden spoon. Pour in the flavoured water, add the ice cubes, garnish with the reserved basil.

Good to know
Tip: Use Thai basil instead of regular basil.
