Lemonade

½litre water
70g liquid honey
2 lemons, use only the juice
½bunch peppermint
2 lemongrass sticks, halved lengthwise
1 organic lemon, cut into slices
1 lime, rinsed with hot water, sliced
1litre sparkling mineral water

How it's done

Lemonade

Combine the water, honey and lemon juice. Add the peppermint and all of the other ingredients up to and including the lime slices, top up with mineral water, refrigerate until ready to serve.
