70 g liquid honey
2 lemons, the whole juice
½ bunch peppermint
2 lemongrass, halved lengthwise
1 organic lemon, in slices
1 lime, dabbed dry, cut into wedges
1 litre sparkling mineral water

Combine the water, honey and lemon juice. Add the peppermint and all of the other ingredients up to and including the lime slices, top up with mineral water, refrigerate until ready to serve.
