4 tbsp elderflower syrup
4 dl rosé wine
2 dl sparkling mineral water
8 sprigs thyme
1 fig, quartered

How it's done


Divide the ice cubes and syrup between the glasses, fill the glasses with the wine and mineral water. Garnish with the thyme and fig.
