Herb marinade

1 dl olive oil
2 garlic cloves, squeezed
5 tbsp mixed herbs (e.g. marjoram, rosemary, thyme), finely chopped
a little pepper

Herb marinade

Combine the oil with all the other ingredients.

Good to know
That fits: Marinade for: approx. 600 g of beef steak, lamb, fish or baked potatoes
Note: Brush the kebabs with ⅔ of the marinade, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hrs. (ideally overnight). Wipe off the marinade, salt the kebabs, cook on the grill, brush with the remainder of the marinade.
