Camomile tea

6 dl water
1 cinnamon stick
3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
3 bag camomile tea
2 tbsp blossom honey
1 lemon, 2 tbsp juice

Hot toddy

1 dl whisky

Camomile tea

Bring the water to the boil with the cinnamon and ginger. Remove the pan from the heat, add the camomile tea, honey and lemon juice, cover and allow to infuse for approx. 5 mins.

Hot toddy

Divide the whisky into the mugs and pour in the hot camomile tea through a sieve.
