2 tbsp peanut oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp horseradish, finely grated
1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped

How it's done

Mix the milk with all the ingredients up to and including the thyme.

Good to know
That fits: steak, lamb racks, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks or wings. Sprinkle with a little Fleur de Sel.
