Salt rim

1 tbsp agave syrup
¼ tsp ground coriander seeds
½ tbsp sea salt

Cocktail

2 cl tequila
2 cl Grand Marnier
2 cl lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 sprig coriander
some ice cubes

To serve

1 sprig coriander

1 glass, approx. 200 ml

Salt rim

Pour the agave syrup into a deep dish. Combine the coriander and fleur de sel in a shallow dish, mix. Dip the rim of the glass in the agave syrup, then roll it in the salt.

Cocktail

Pour the tequila into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including several ice cubes, shake the cocktail well for approx. 30 secs. Place several ice cubes in the prepared glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with coriander.

Good to know
Note: The cocktail can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp.
