1 mango, cut into pieces
2 kiwis, cut into pieces
50 g lambs' lettuce
1 lemon, the whole juice
10 g ginger, cut into pieces
¼ tsp cinnamon
3 dl water
25 g mixed nuts, coarsely chopped
