200g tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
300g Cheddar, coarsely grated
2tbsp sambal oelek
50g preserved jalapeño peppers in slices

How it's done

Raclette nachos

Place the nachos in the raclette pans, top with the cheese, sambal oelek and jalapeños.

Melt under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
