½  charentais melon, diced
75 g salami
150 g mozzarella cheese ball
2 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
1 tbsp olive oil
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Skewers

Thread the melon, salami and mozzarella alternately onto the skewers. Drizzle with the balsamic and oil, season.
