Octopus bites
Ingredients
for 4 person
300 g | baby potatoes |
salted water, boiling | |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 pinch | salt |
½ tbsp | olive oil |
250 g | pre-cooked octopus tentacles (pre-ordered at the fish counter) |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
¼ tsp | hot paprika |
¼ tsp | salt |
½ bunch | flat-leaf parsley, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Potatoes
Boil the potatoes, uncovered, in salted water for approx. 15 mins. until soft. Remove, allow to cool slightly, cut in half, mix with oil and salt.
Octopus
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the octopus tentacles all over for approx. 10 mins., remove. Cut into approx. 2 cm pieces, mix with oil, paprika and salt. Using toothpicks, stick the octopus pieces and parsley into the potatoes.
