Ingredients

| 125 g | cream cheese |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 12 | Medjool date, pitted, cut open lengthwise |
| 12 | sage leaf |
| 24 slice | dry-cured country bacon |
| 200 g | soft cheese |
| 200 g | hard cheese |
| 100 g | soft goats' cheese with pistachios |
| 150 g | salami, cut into slices |
| 100 g | cornichon |
| 100 g | olive |
| 50 g | dried meat (jerky) |
| 50 g | caper berry |
| 200 g | cracker |
| 200 g | bread stick |
| 100 g | walnut |
| 8 | dried fig |
How it's done
Devils on horseback
Season the cream cheese, stuff the dates with it. Cover the openings with a sage leaf, wrap each date with two rashers of bacon, fix in place with toothpicks if necessary. Fry the dates on all sides in a non-stick frying for approx. 5 mins.
Cheese, meat and garnish
Serve all of the ingredients with the devils on horseback on a wooden board.
