Ingredients

for 1 person

Wrap
a little  oil
50 g chorizo, cut into cubes
wheat tortillas (approx. 60 g each)
hard-boiled eggs, cut into slices
40 g baby lettuce

How it's done

Wrap

Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Slowly fry the chorizo until crispy, then drain. Spread each tortilla with 2 tbsp of sauce. Top each with 100 g roasted vegetables, egg, chorizo and baby lettuce, then roll up.
