Lunch box wrap with roasted vegetables and egg
Ingredients
for 1 person
| a little | oil |
| 50 g | chorizo, cut into cubes |
| 2 | wheat tortillas (approx. 60 g each) |
| 2 | hard-boiled eggs, cut into slices |
| 40 g | baby lettuce |
How it's done
Wrap
Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Slowly fry the chorizo until crispy, then drain. Spread each tortilla with 2 tbsp of sauce. Top each with 100 g roasted vegetables, egg, chorizo and baby lettuce, then roll up.
