Jerky tartare

Ingredients

for 4 person

Dressing
3 tbsp apple vinegar
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
a little  pepper
¼ tsp salt
Tartare
180 g dried meat (jerky), cut into cubes
40 g rocket, roughly chopped
spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings
1 bunch radish, sliced
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
Topping
8 slice toast bread, roasted
2 tbsp cream cheese

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the vinegar and oil, season.

Tartare

Mix the jerky into the dressing along with all the other ingredients up to and including the chives.

Topping

Spread the cream cheese onto the toast, top with the tartare.
