Jerky tartare
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
| a little | pepper |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 180 g | dried meat (jerky), cut into cubes |
| 40 g | rocket, roughly chopped |
| 1 | spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings |
| 1 bunch | radish, sliced |
| 2 tbsp | chives, finely chopped |
| 8 slice | toast bread, roasted |
| 2 tbsp | cream cheese |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the vinegar and oil, season.
Tartare
Mix the jerky into the dressing along with all the other ingredients up to and including the chives.
Topping
Spread the cream cheese onto the toast, top with the tartare.
