Crispy flatbread
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle |
| 125 g | mascarpone |
| 2 | onions, finely sliced |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 150 g | blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola), cut into pieces |
| 20 g | rocket |
How it's done
Place the dough with the paper in an oven tray. Using the back of a spoon, spread the Mascarpone over the dough, season the onions and arrange on top. Scatter with Gorgonzola.
Bake for approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C. Remove and divide the rocket on top.
