Stir-fried mushrooms with a dash of red wine
Ingredients
for 4 person
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | onion, halved, in fine slices |
450 g | mixed mushrooms |
½ dl | red wine |
½ dl | vegetable bouillon |
salt and pepper to taste | |
50 g | rocket |
150 g | soft cheese (e.g. Naturaplan organic Le Moelleux) |
How it's done
Heat the oil, stir fry the onions and mushrooms for approx. 5 mins., add the wine, reduce completely. Pour in the stock, stir in half of the rocket and cheese, serve on warmed plates. Top with the remaining rocket and cheese.
