Matcha figs
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
| 16 | dried figs, cut lengthwise |
| 3 tbsp | white almond cream |
| 2 tsp | matcha powder |
| 16 | walnut kernels |
| 120 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | coconut oil |
| ½ tsp | matcha powder |
How it's done
Figs
Combine the almond butter and matcha, spread over the cut surfaces of the figs. Place a walnut kernel between the two halves of each fig.
Coating
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth. Dip the figs into the chocolate using a toothpick, place them on baking paper and leave to dry slightly Dust with matcha powder, leave to dry.
